How long is the pop-up shop open?
The pop-up shop is open from Monday, September 28th through Wednesday, October 14th at 11:59PM PST. All purchases must be made in this time period.
What happens after I place my order?
Once the pop-up shop closes on October 14th, we will collect all of the data, produce the items and ship your order based on the delivery method of your choosing during checkout.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
- Campus Pickup: If you selected pickup, your order is scheduled to be delivered to the pickup location in campus by End of October/Early November. You will be notified via email by the department once your order is ready for pick-up.
- Shipping to a Personal Address: If you opted for direct shipping, orders typically ship 6 to 7 weeks after the sale period ends. You can expect your order to deliver around late October/Early November 2026. You will receive a shipping notification by email once your order has shipped. We’ll do our best to ship sooner, but please note that any shipping delays caused by the carrier after this timeframe are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as carrier delays may occur during the holiday season. Orders do not ship to PO boxes or internationally at this time.
What is your return and exchange policy? What if my apparel doesn’t fit, can I return or exchange it?
Since all items featured on the storefront are custom-made to order with the department logo, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please review the product details and sizing information on each product page before completing your purchase.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Image Source is hosting this store. Image Source Inc. will show as the merchant on your credit card statement together with the order number UW-HCENXXXX.
Can I change my order once it is placed?
Please double check your orders before placing them. Email uwhcengineering@imagesourceteam.com to determine if your order can be changed. Once the store closes, we are not able to make any changes to your order.
